Joint procurement training
When you want to develop the skills of your staff, you can utilize joint procurement training, which is planned and funded together by the City of Jyväskylä as the deciding labor authority and the company.
Types of joint procurement training:

Joint procurement training cannot cover induction or staff training that is the employer’s responsibility, such as short courses or team development days.

Training procurement
- The company submits a proposal for training to the City of Jyväskylä, which assists in planning.
- The City of Jyväskylä evaluates and decides on the organization of the training.
- After a positive decision, the City of Jyväskylä procures the training, which can be carried out by an adult education institution or a company providing training services.
- The company, the trainer, and the City of Jyväskylä make an agreement on the training.
- The costs are shared between the City of Jyväskylä and the company.
- The City of Jyväskylä supervises the implementation of the training, and the company reports on its progress.
