Urban Development
The City of Jyväskylä is investing heavily in building enterprise and employment concentrations of an international calibre. Their core features include the melding of business and research, creating opportunities for different pilot projects, and doing international business. Every one of these development projects includes an excellent selection of business premises as well as new solutions for habitation.
There are four urban development platforms: Hippos, Kangas, the City centre development project and Kukkula, site of the all-new Nova Hospital. The Eteläportti development project is building a modern digital service hub for the manufacturing industry. All of these projects involve private businesses, educational institutions and research organizations as operators and investors both.
